• Handle end-to-end recruitment (HQ & outlet staff)
• Plan manpower requirements based on business needs
• Manage job postings, interviews, and hiring processes
• Build employer branding to attract talent
• Oversee payroll processing (salary, OT, allowances, incentives)
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll
• Manage statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)
• Review and improve compensation & benefits structure
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters
• Support performance management and KPI tracking
• Work closely with outlet managers on staff issues
• Improve employee engagement and retention
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
• Develop and enforce HR policies and SOPs
• Support business expansion with HR strategies
• Drive company culture and employee engagement initiatives
• Lead internal restructuring and process improvements
• Align HR practices with company goals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
