Responsibilities
Design and optimize AgentOS core architecture, including backend logic, DAG task orchestration, and evidence-chain management.
Build and improve LLM-based autonomous agents, enhancing reasoning, planning, RAG, memory, and tool-use capabilities.
Track frontier RL × Agent research and translate academic progress into production impact.
Qualifications
MS/PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related fields.
Strong LLM application background; familiar with LangChain, AutoGPT, Claude Code, or similar agent frameworks.
Strong Python/C++ engineering skills with high code quality standards.
Solid understanding of agent evaluation, hallucination mitigation, and complex instruction following.
Bonus Points
Publications in NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL, EMNLP, or similar venues.
Core contributor/maintainer of widely adopted open-source agent projects.
Experience with distributed task scheduling, workflow engines, OS/kernel internals, or RL methods such as PPO, GRPO, and DPO for agents.
