Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily HR and administrative duties
• Maintain and update employee records and documentation
• Assist with attendance, leave, and staff records
• Prepare HR-related documents, letters, and reports
• Support recruitment and onboarding activities
• Coordinate with employees and site staff on HR matters
• Assist with payroll and other HR-related tasks
• Perform other duties assigned by the HR Manager

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous HR/admin experience is preferred
• Experience in the construction industry is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Responsible, organized, and willing to learn
