Job Summary
Perform maintenance and repair tasks on equipment, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, while supporting training and troubleshooting activities to maintain operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot equipment-related problems to restore functionality and minimize downtime
Perform preventive maintenance following established service procedures to ensure equipment reliability
Execute repair tasks including parts replacement, equipment overhaul, and upgrades to enhance performance
Interpret and apply single line diagrams to support maintenance and repair activities
Ensure all maintenance and repair work complies with quality and safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment
Provide training support and perform ad hoc assignments to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing
Communicate effectively and collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth operations and problem resolution
Required competencies and certifications
Recognized Diploma or ITE certification in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) to support advanced troubleshooting and system upgrades

The Company Business lines are Design & Manufacturing customized Permanent & Temporary Access Systems (BMS & Gondola), Direct Sales in Material Handling Equipments and Safety Equipments, Rental services on Gondola Systems as well as providing full Maintenance coverage on all Tractel's patent product.
