Job Responsibilities:

• ·Supplier Commuication: Liaisingwith suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and any issues or discrepancies.
• Purchase Order Management:Creating, processing and tracking purchase orders, ensuring accuracy andcompliance.
• Negotiation Support:Assisting in negotiation of contracts and terms with suppliers.
•  General AdministrativeSupport: Providing administrative support to the procurement team as needed.
• Documents Management:Preparing and managing procurement- related documents, such as contracts,invoices, and delivery notes.
• Coordination: Workingwith other departments to ensure procurement needs are met.
• Coordinate overseasshipping arrangements and monitor Shipments Progress.
• Perform other ad-hoc dutiesand tasks as assigned by management.
