Job Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities (BQ), cost estimates, and tender documents.
• Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare and manage progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and overall commercial performance.
• Verify site measurements and subcontractor claims.
• Assist with contract administration and commercial negotiations.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in construction/QS.
• Good knowledge of costing, measurement, tendering, and contract administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Able to read construction drawings and specifications.
• Good communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
