Supervise and coordinate daily metal manufacturing and fabrication activities
Review engineering drawings and ensure production meets specifications and quality standards
Coordinate with production staff on work arrangements and manpower planning
Monitor machinery and equipment and troubleshoot mechanical issues
Improve production processes, efficiency, and productivity
Coordinate with suppliers on materials, equipment, and tools
Conduct quality checks on manufactured products
Prepare production and technical reports
Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company procedures
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
At least 2 years of relevant experience in metal manufacturing, fabrication, or related industries
Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and with production teams
