• Read prescriptions or specifications and examine models and impressions to determine the design of dental product to be constructed
• Manufacture clear aligners, prepare models, and print models properly.
• Inspect the final product for quality and accuracy or supervise quality control personnel.
• Demonstrate appropriate use, care and maintenance of all equipment and work collaboratively with company resources to ensure equipment is operating safely and appropriate machinery changes.
• Take action to repair damaged aligners, models, appliances, products and services.
• Monitor supplies to ensure adequate availability to promote the timely delivery of aligners.
• Conduct the given task (checking stock, cleaning , taking care instrument and tidy up the Lab)
• Identify and follow through on actions to eliminate recurring issues, troubleshooting machines and equipment.
• Research and Develop new and existing products and methods.
• Familiarize yourself with a wide range of materials such as metal (precious, non precious, gold), porcelain, composite, acrylic, polyurethane, co-polyester, thermoplastic and their usage in fabricating dental restorations.
• Work under the supervision of trainers and learn to work independently and seek assistance or clarification regarding technical issues when needed.
• Learn quality standard protocol and steps taken to ensure compliance with the protocol.
• Report to the Manager if there are any unusual activities.
• Any ad-hoc task requested by the director or Manager.
• Open to hire foreign workers

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
