We are seeking a customer-focused and service-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our team.

As an Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our Real Estate Salespersons (RES), delivering a positive and seamless experience across a wide range of HR and agency-related matters. From licensing and onboarding to day-to-day enquiries and administrative support, you will play an important role in ensuring our salespersons receive timely, accurate and professional assistance throughout their journey with ERA.

Reporting to the AVP of Associates HR, you will work closely with internal departments to facilitate licensing matters, support recruitment and onboarding activities, coordinate agency collaterals, and ensure the efficient delivery of frontline HR services. The ideal candidate is organised, approachable and enjoys interacting with people. You are a strong communicator with a service-first mindset, able to handle multiple priorities while building trusted relationships with our salespersons and delivering an exceptional service experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt frontline services and perform admin tasks.
• Assist in real estate salespersons licencing matters such as registration and resignations and recruitment.
• Attending to walk-in, phone and email enquiries
• Maintain proper filing and disposal of confidential documents
• Identify and assess our salespersons' need to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with our salespersons through open and interactive communication
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Take the extra mile to engage our salespersons
• Assist in liaising and creating agency collaterals like name card design, mailers, etc
• Assist in the design and creation of graphics, and layouts for making name cards

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in customer front desk fronting
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A team player who fosters a cooperative work environment
• Knowledge of creative design tools (e.g. Photoshop / Illustrator / Indesign/Canva) will be preferred.
