Job Responsibilities

• Check raw materials to ensure the correct material type, quantity, and dimensions are used for production.
• Prepare and load raw materials and workpieces onto CNC machines.
• Perform loading and unloading of parts and materials from machines.
• Set up and operate CNC machines for various machining processes, including drilling, grinding, milling, and other related operations.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and safety requirements.
• Read and understand technical drawings and machining processes.
• Perform basic quality inspections using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, gauges, micrometers, and other inspection equipment.
• Ensure machined parts meet the required specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Perform other duties related to machining and production as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in CNC machining or a manufacturing environment will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of CNC machine operation, measuring instruments, and technical drawings is preferred.
• Candidates without formal qualifications but with relevant working experience and practical skills are encouraged to apply.
• Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to maintaining product quality.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
