As a Human Resource Assistant, you’ll gain hands-on experience across recruitment, candidate engagement, onboarding, and people development.

Role Focus

You’ll support the team in key HR and recruitment activities, assisting with candidate attraction, hiring coordination, and the onboarding of new team members. You’ll gain exposure to how growing teams manage recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and people development.

What You'll Do

• Assist with job postings and candidate sourcing.
• Screen applications and coordinate interviews.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Support onboarding, training, and team engagement activities.
• Maintain recruitment records and monitor hiring progress.
