Job Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Playwright and TypeScript.
• Perform both automation testing (60–70%) and manual testing (30–40%).
• Design and implement effective test scenarios, test cases, and automation frameworks.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and work closely with developers to resolve issues.
• Analyze test results and provide clear reports on software quality.
• Collaborate with software engineers and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality product releases.
• Continuously improve testing processes and automation coverage.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Software Testing, QA, or Automation Testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright.
• Proficiency in TypeScript.
• Experience in both automation and manual testing.
• Good understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC.
• Experience creating and maintaining automated test scripts.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ideal Candidate

A Software Engineer or QA Automation Tester with strong experience in Playwright and TypeScript, who is comfortable handling a testing workload consisting of approximately 60–70% automation testing and 30–40% manual testing.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
