Hiring! Full Time Procurement Executive in Selangor - Ricebowl

Responsibilities :-

• Sourcing, negotiating, comparing, and analysing materials and services to be purchased, and evaluate vendor's quotation to ensure in line with the technical specification and commercial terms required

• Be in-charge of daily procurement processes such as planning, issuing, and following up on purchase orders delivery and shipment schedules

• Evaluate vendor's performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices

• Ensure all procurement processes and documents are following company policies and well documented

• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior

• Adhere to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018 requirement and best practices in procurement

• Taking overall responsibility and accountability for the effectiveness of the HSE management system and prevention of work-related injury and ill health, as well as the provision of environmentally friendly, safe and healthy workplace and activities

What are we looking for:-

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Business Administration or relevant field of study with at least 5-6 years of experience in related field

• Fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with vendor from China

• Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, pride in performance and its impact on Company's success

• A well-organized individual, independent, self-starter, result-oriented, thorough with strong interpersonal skills

• Fresh graduate are welcomed to apply

• Candidate must willing travel to Bintulu occasionally
