Faithview Group Hiring! Full Time ASSISTANT ARCHITECT in Melaka, Earn up to MYR 4,500 - Ricebowl

Responsibilities

• Assist in architectural design and project development.
• Prepare, update and check architectural drawings,design proposals for landed development and especially high-rise projects
• Review drawings based on approved plans, design intent and site conditions.
• Review shop drawings, material submissions and contractor proposals.
• Prepare drawing revisions, reports and project documentation.
• Review SPA/S&P drawings & specifications
• Ensure unit layout, dimensions and finishes comply with approved/construction drawings
• Support the project team from design stage until project handover.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Revit knowledge will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of construction drawings and authority requirements.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and within a team.
• Experience with developer/architectural consultant will be an advantage.
• Candidates who can join immediately or within short notice are preferred.
