Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for HQ and cinema outlets, covering hardware, software, network, POS systems, and CCTV.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues related to ticketing systems, POS transactions, printers, and payment terminals.
• Monitor and maintain servers, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, firewall, and network security.
• Manage user accounts, email setup, password resets, and access permissions.
• Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and licensed software.
• Perform system backups, data recovery, and routine preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, software support, and IT procurement.
• Assist in new cinema setup, including IT equipment installation, network configuration, and system testing.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and issue logs.
• Ensure cybersecurity compliance, antivirus updates, and data protection practices.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in IT support, preferably in retail, FMCG, or entertainment environments.
• Strong knowledge of networking, POS systems, CCTV, hardware troubleshooting, and Microsoft 365.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel to cinema outlets when required.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
