Responsibilities
- Manage HVAC projects end-to-end: tender handover, design coordination, procurement, installation, testing & commissioning (T&C), and handover
- Lead site teams including site supervisors, sub-contractors and installers; enforce safety and quality standards on site
- Plan and monitor project schedules, resources and budgets; track progress against baseline
- Handle contractual matters: progress claims, variation orders (VO), back-charges and final account
- Liaise with clients, main contractors (MC), consultants, and authorities (BCA, SCDF, NEA) for submissions and approvals
- Ensure compliance with SS 553 / CP 13, WSH regulations and project specifications
