Responsibilities
Maintain and update
employee records and personal files
.
Handle
staff onboarding and offboarding
, including employment documents.
Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, leave letters, and other HR documents.
Manage
attendance, leave, medical leave, and staff records
.
Assist with
payroll preparation
and provide payroll information to the accounts/payroll team.
Coordinate
employee benefits, medical claims, insurance, and staff welfare
.
Assist with
recruitment
, including posting job advertisements, arranging interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Coordinate
training and staff development
activities.
Ensure HR documentation and processes comply with company policies and applicable employment requirements.
Handle employee enquiries and provide administrative support on HR matters.
