• Create and modify CAM programs and CNC toolpaths based on CAD drawings, 3D models, and engineering requirements.
• Read and understand 2D engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and specifications.
• Generate CNC programs using the company's designated CAM software.
• Select appropriate cutting tools, holders, workholding methods, and machining strategies under guidance from senior staff.
• Set appropriate cutting parameters such as spindle speed, feed rate, depth of cut, and step-over.
• Perform toolpath simulation and verification to identify potential collisions, machining errors, and incorrect tool movements.
• Assist in preparing CNC programs for milling and/or turning machines.
• Support CNC machine setup, program prove-out, and first-piece production when required.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
