SUPERVISOR – JOB DESCRIPTION

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations and ensure cleanliness and service standards are maintained.
• Assign duties, arrange staff schedules and monitor attendance and work performance.
• Inspect completed work to ensure tasks are done properly and on time.
• Train and guide staff on cleaning procedures, equipment use and workplace safety.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment, and report maintenance or operational issues promptly.
• Handle client requests and feedback, coordinate with management and submit daily work reports.
