Responsibilities
Department: Production
Location: Singapore
Reporting to: Production Manager, Singapore
Core responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods
Maintain accurate inventory records using computer systems
Perform data entry and update stock movement
Issue materials and ensure proper stock control
Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliation
Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety compliance
Operate forklift
Ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
Requirements
Minimum “O” Level or higher
Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
Knowledge of logistics management systems and data entry
MOM Forklift Operator Licence is an advantage
Medically fit to perform job-related duties, including manual handling and deliveries.
Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities.
Able to work independently.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Valid Class 3 driving license is an advantage.
