Working location: Tai Seng (walking distance from MRT)
Working days: Monday to Friday
Working hours : 9am to 6pm
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow business with end-users, SMEs, start-ups and direct customers.
Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, product demonstrations, negotiations and closing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including business owners, C-level executives, IT leaders and security decision-makers.
Understand customers’ business needs and pain points, and recommend suitable cloud security solutions to meet their requirements.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, webinars and workshops to educate customers on cloud security solutions.
Work closely with Marketing, Product and Technical teams to support market development, customer onboarding and successful solution deployment.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback, and identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts and pipeline updates, track sales performance, assist with customer issues and payment follow-up, and ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and standards.
Job Requirements:
Possess minimum ITE/Diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field with minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience.
