Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and motivate a retail team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service that enhances customer satisfaction
Apply comprehensive product knowledge to assist customers and support sales efforts effectively
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of retail areas to create an inviting shopping environment
Assist in planning and executing merchandise displays to optimize retail presentation and sales impact
Manage stock replenishment processes to ensure product availability and minimize stockouts
