Location: Tanjong Pagar

Contract Period: 1 April 2027 to 31 March 2029 (renewable)

Working Hours:

• Mondays to Fridays: 8.30AM to 6.00PM

Job scope:

• Verify system entries and applications, including reviewing supporting documents for completeness and accuracy
• Handle enquiries via phone and email, providing timely and professional responses.
• Conduct outbound calls and send reminders via phone and email to facilitate timely follow-up and action.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to follow up on application-related matters
• Prepare mail merges and coordinate the printing and mailing of letters and other correspondence
• Prepare, compile, and generate reports
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'A' levels or Diploma
• At least 2 year of relevant working experience in application processing and claims administration (e.g. insurance claims, hospitalisation claims, social welfare schemes, etc.)
• IT-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to handle enquiries in a professional manner
• Good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in reviewing and processing information
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
