## WE'RE HIRING – JOIN OUR LOGISTICS TEAM!

Diana's Premium Cakes is looking for a responsible, hardworking and reliable *Logistics Driver & Dispatch Crew* to support our daily deliveries and logistics operations.

This position is suitable for someone who enjoys being on the move, is familiar with roads around Klang Valley, and takes pride in completing deliveries safely, accurately and on time.

You will be responsible for transporting our cakes, bakery products, ingredients and other items between our *Central Kitchen, outlets, suppliers and event locations*.

## KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

### Delivery & Dispatch

* Deliver daily cakes, bakery products, ingredients, packaging materials and other stocks from our Central Kitchen to company outlets.

* Perform scheduled deliveries and stock transfers within *Shah Alam, Sungai Buloh, Selangor and Kuala Lumpur / Klang Valley*.

* Ensure all products, especially cakes and bakery items, are transported and handled carefully to avoid damage.

* Check delivery items and quantities before leaving the Central Kitchen.

* Ensure deliveries are completed accurately and according to schedule.

* Obtain acknowledgement or confirmation of delivery when required.

* Carry out collection and dispatch duties involving suppliers, outlets, documents or other company-related items when assigned.

### Loading, Stock & Logistics Support

* Assist with loading and unloading products, ingredients, equipment and materials.

* Assist in receiving and arranging incoming ingredients and packaging stocks.

* Support basic stock checking and inventory arrangement.

* Ensure goods are properly arranged and secured inside the delivery vehicle.

* Report shortages, damaged items or delivery discrepancies promptly to the supervisor.

### Roadshow & Event Support

* Transport products, equipment, display materials and other items for company roadshows, exhibitions and promotional events.

* Assist with the *setup and dismantling of roadshow booths, counters, equipment and display materials*.

* Willing to travel within Klang Valley and surrounding areas for company events when required.

### Vehicle Responsibility

* Maintain the company vehicle in a clean and good working condition.

* Perform basic daily vehicle checks such as tyres, fuel, oil and general vehicle condition.

* Inform management immediately of any vehicle issue, accident or maintenance requirement.

* Drive safely and comply with all applicable road and traffic regulations.

* Take proper care of the company vehicle, fuel card, Touch 'n Go card and other company property entrusted to you.

## REQUIREMENTS

Possess a *valid Malaysian driving licence appropriate for the company delivery vehicle*.

Good and responsible driving record.

Familiar with roads around *Shah Alam, Sungai Buloh, Kuala Lumpur and Klang Valley*.

Able to use *Google Maps / Waze* confidently for navigation.

Responsible, punctual and reliable.

Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Able to follow delivery schedules, instructions and company procedures.

Physically fit and willing to assist with loading, unloading and moving stocks or event equipment.

Positive attitude and willing to learn.

Able to communicate and work well with kitchen, outlet and management teams.

Willing to perform reasonable logistics and operational duties when required.

Willing to travel within Klang Valley for company roadshows and events.

Previous experience as a *delivery driver, dispatch driver, logistics assistant or warehouse assistant* will be an advantage.

*Fresh candidates with a valid driving licence and a good attitude are also encouraged to apply.*
