Job Summary

We are looking for a ServiceNow Discovery Consultant with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Discovery, MID Servers, CMDB, network discovery, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

* Implement and support end-to-end ServiceNow Discovery.

* Configure and manage MID Servers, credentials, schedules, probes, sensors, and Discovery patterns.

* Discover and onboard servers, routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VMware, AWS/Azure resources, etc.

* Troubleshoot Discovery issues related to credentials, network/firewall connectivity, MID Servers, patterns, classification, and IRE.

* Validate CMDB data, CI relationships, and dependencies.

* Work with network, infrastructure, security, and cloud teams to resolve Discovery issues.

Required Skills

* Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE)
