WE’RE HIRING | Data Centre Operations Support | Singapore

We are looking for 2 experienced Data Centre Operations Support professionals to support the operation, monitoring and maintenance of a government data centre environment in Singapore.

If you have strong experience in data centre operations, infrastructure support, monitoring, facilities coordination, incident management and IT operations, this could be a great opportunity.

Job Details

Role: Data Centre Operations Support

Location: North-Eastern Singapore

Eligibility: Singapore Citizen / Singapore PR

Contract: 12 Months + Option to Renew for another 12 Months

Expected Start: Around 1 November 2026, subject to procurement and personnel security clearance

Salary: Up to SGD 8,000/month

Positions: 2

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday–Friday

Shift: Overlapping shifts to ensure continuous operational coverage

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily data centre operations and maintenance

• Monitor environmental, facility and equipment conditions

• Monitor system availability, performance and operational alerts

• Support critical infrastructure and equipment operations

• Coordinate maintenance, installations and vendor activities

• Maintain infrastructure assets, cabling and facility records

• Support physical security, access management and visitor coordination

• Assist with incident, change, backup and disaster recovery processes

• Perform basic infrastructure troubleshooting and administration

• Support security monitoring and routine operational checks

• Maintain asset inventories and operational documentation

• Record incidents, maintenance activities and operational metrics

• Prepare regular operational and compliance reports

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience

Experience in Data Centre Operations / IT Infrastructure / IT Operations

Government data centre experience is highly preferred

Understanding of infrastructure systems and operational processes

Knowledge of security, compliance and access management

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Good communication and coordination skills

Willingness to support operational emergencies and maintenance activities

Diploma/Degree in IT, Engineering, Facilities Management or related discipline

Preferred Certifications

ITIL Foundation

Data Centre Operations / Infrastructure certifications

Systems / Networking / Cloud certifications

Security & Compliance certifications
