Job Overview
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to coordinate technology-related projects across the organisation. The role will work with internal teams, technical specialists, and external service providers to ensure projects are properly planned, coordinated, and delivered according to agreed requirements and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate technology projects from initial requirements through implementation and completion.
• Work with internal stakeholders to understand project objectives, priorities, and technical requirements.
• Coordinate project schedules, milestones, resources, and deliverables.
• Liaise with IT teams, vendors, consultants, and external service providers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Track project issues, dependencies, risks, and required follow-up actions.
• Support system implementation, technology upgrades, process improvements, and internal IT initiatives.
• Coordinate testing, deployment, documentation, and project handover activities.
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, meeting records, and implementation plans.
• Identify opportunities to improve project processes and technology operations.
• Ensure project activities are aligned with agreed business requirements and internal procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience in technical project management, IT project coordination, system implementation, or technology operations.
• Good understanding of project lifecycle, implementation processes, and technology environments.
• Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and coordinate with different teams.
• Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common project management tools.
• Experience working with external vendors or technology partners will be an advantage.
