Summary
You will be responsible for delivering excellent and consistent customer service while supporting the efficient day-to-day operations of the Front Office department.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant hotel systems.
- Previous Front Office or hospitality experience will be an added advantage.
