We are looking for a senior Data Analyst with 15–20 years of experience in data analytics, data-driven business solutions and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate should have strong experience working with data in a Retail or Consumer Goods & Products (CGP) environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns and actionable business insights.
• Translate business requirements into data analytics and reporting solutions.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide analytical recommendations.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and analytical outputs to support business decision-making.
• Perform data validation, quality checks and root-cause analysis to ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with technology, data engineering and business teams on data-related initiatives.
• Support data-driven transformation and process improvement initiatives.
• Communicate analytical findings clearly to senior stakeholders and business teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• 15–20 years of experience in Data Analytics / Data Analysis.
• Mandatory domain experience: Retail or Consumer Goods & Products (CGP).
• Strong understanding of data analysis, reporting, visualization and data interpretation.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform:
• GCP (Google Cloud Platform), or
• Microsoft Azure
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in large enterprise environments and handling complex data requirements.
