Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in project management or site supervising related to building / construction industry. (Fresh Graduate may be considered)
• Diploma or certificate in quantity surveying, project management, engineering, manufacturing, or related technical field is favourble
• Prior exposure to supervising small teams or acting as a lead on production tasks is expected.
• Flexible to work day shifts and occasional overtime as project needs require.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Practical knowledge of production planning and job workflow, including basic capacity planning.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel for simple tracking, and experience with ERP or inventory systems is an advantage.
• Able to read basic technical drawings and follow assembly or process instructions. Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills is added advantage. 
• Familiarity with quality inspection methods and basic root cause problem solving tools.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Clear communicator who can give direct instructions and write concise shift reports.
• Organised and detail oriented with a focus on follow through and meeting deadlines.
• Practical thinker who acts on issues and supports the team through hands-on guidance.

• Able to be adaptable to situations and able to problem solve matters occured at site and also in managing key personals like vendors, clients and internal team. 

The Project Supervisor for Dormatic (M) Sdn Bhd, coordinates and oversees the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of automatic door operators. This role ensures smooth project execution from technical assessment to final handover, managing site coordination, client relations, and subcontractor teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Technical Assessment: Review site drawings, verify architectural openings, and ensure technical compatibility of selected autodoor systems.

- Site Coordination: Liaise with main contractors, interior designers, or building owners to coordinate delivery schedules and electrical power readiness.

- Installation Oversight: Manage installer teams or subcontractors to ensure hardware installation and wiring meet quality standards.

- Testing & Commissioning: Conduct final inspections, calibrate door sensors, test safety sensors, and program operator settings.

- Troubleshooting Support: Provide technical guidance to resolve site installation errors or mechanical and electronic faults on-site.

- Documentation Management: Prepare progress reports, submit operations and maintenance (O&M) manuals, and secure client sign-offs for billing.
