What you’ll be doing

• Support daily operational workflows.
• Monitor processes & flag inefficiencies.
• Coordinate across teams to keep things on track.
• Maintain accurate records & reports.
• Help implement process improvements.
• Troubleshoot operational hiccups on the fly.
• Jump in wherever the team needs an extra hand.

What we’re looking for

• Any Diploma or degree Business, Operations, or related– certificate is a plus !
• Sharp, detail-oriented, loves a good system.
• Comfortable with Excel & basic ops tools.
• Quick problem-solver, thinks on their feet.
• Strong communicator, good team player.
• Thrives in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.
• Fresh graduates, Entry Level and Mid-Career Switch ? Totally fine !

Pay: $2,700.00 - $4,500.00 per month
