Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Connect and build relationships with business owners, directors, and key decision-makers.
• Understand clients’ business, leadership, and people development needs.
• Introduce and recommend suitable LMM programmes and solutions.
• Follow up with prospects and develop strong, long-term client relationships.
• Participate in LMM events, workshops, networking activities, and business development initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, consulting, training, or client relationship management.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Confident in communicating and networking with business owners and senior management.
• Self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Existing business networks or connections are an added advantage.
