Job Description

• Extract, clean, transform and integrate data from multiple sources to ensure data quality, consistency and usability for analytics and reporting purposes.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns and insights that support strategic and operational decision-making across AIC.
• Develop dashboards, reports and visualisations to communicate findings and support performance monitoring and operational planning.
• Work closely with stakeholders and operational teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical outputs and recommendations.
• Apply established analytical methodologies, standards and best practices to improve the quality, accuracy and efficiency of data analysis activities.
• Support data governance efforts by contributing to data quality management, metadata management and the responsible use of data assets.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to enhance data availability, reliability and accessibility for reporting and analytical purposes.
Document analytical processes, assumptions and findings to support transparency, reproducibility and knowledge sharing.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline. Experience in the healthcare sector will be advantageous.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data science or related fields, including experience leading analytical projects or workstreams.
• Experience in data preparation, data wrangling, analysis, visualisation and reporting.
• Proficiency in data querying, analysis and visualisation tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau or equivalent platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis, machine learning or AI techniques will be advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and present analytical findings clearly.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities while delivering quality outputs within tight timelines.
