Job Description:

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team to ensure smooth day-to-day sales activities.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, purchase orders, sales documents and other related paperwork.
• Assist the Sales team in preparing and submitting tenders, RFQs and customer documentation.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, delivery status and other sales-related matters.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Operations, Procurement, Finance and Logistics to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information, quotations and orders.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, sales forecasts and other management reports.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide timely responses or coordinate with the relevant department when necessary.
• Monitor sales orders and ensure proper documentation and timely follow-up.
• Perform other administrative and sales support duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management or related field.
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in sales support, sales administration, customer service or related position.
• Fresh graduates with good communication and organisational skills are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Good organisational, coordination and time-management skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
