Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to lead our multi-platform online retail operations across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Shopify. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, optimize store performance, and coordinate marketing campaigns to maximize visibility and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow seller accounts on Shopee, Lazada, Shopify and TikTok Shop
Develop and execute promotional campaigns across all platforms.
Optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and digital marketing funnels.
Collaborate with influencers and live-stream sellers
Monitor KPIs (GMV, CTR, conversion rate, AOV, repeat purchase rate).
Prepare performance reports and recommend data-driven improvements.
Candidate Profile
3+ years of ecommerce management experience.
Proven track record with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Shopify.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, paid ads, social commerce).
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
Experience in FMCG industries is an advantage
