Manage and oversee day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
Administer employee benefits, payroll coordination, and maintain HR records.
Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Handle employee relations issues, mediate conflicts, and promote a positive work environment
Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate training programs.
Involved in HR policy development and implementation.
Prepare HR reports and maintain HR metrics.
Coordinate with different departments to support organizational goals.
Stay updated with HR best practices and relevant legal regulations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Multi Lingual
At least 10 years of experience in human resources managerial roles
Strong understanding of HR functions, labor laws, and employment regulations
Experience in service industries will have an added advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and resolving issues.
