Alliance Bank Hiring! Full Time Senior Executive, SME Support in Pulau Pinang - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:-

Credit Review / Portfolio Tracking

• Completion of monthly loan review template according to Loan Review Policy and timely submission to Credit Policy & Scoring.

• Monitor compliance of loan covenants and conditions per approval.

• Monitor and report submission of Simplified Credit Review (SCR) and Full Review to avoid Expired Limit Extension (ELE).

• Timely submission in case of ELE is required.

• Guide SME Associates and supports on review related matters.

Portfolio Tracking

• Provide list of loan portfolio paid down, site visit frequency

• Monitor and compilation of reports, e.g. Pre-remedial detection, Repricing, Covenants, AMLCFT, Excess/Overdue, SJPP/CGC consent, NRD Exceptional Report, etc.

• Prepare process flow / guidance to SME Associates

• Screening for pre-approved suppliers/customers

Training & Development

• Assist staff to liaise with counterparties in training matters (e.g. scheduling and enrollment in courses/exam)

• Remind SME Associates on enhanced policies / guidelines and completion of mandatory training / briefing
  

Requirements:-

• A Degree in relevant field.

• General economic and accounting understanding.

• Basic understanding in business credit

• Good Communication skills.

• Basic knowledge is Microsoft Excel, Words and Powerpoint

• At least 2 years administrative experiences in banking industry.
