RESPONSIBILITIES:
 

• Responsible for establishing a safe and comfortable working environment and maintaining well-structured facility operations and maintenance programs aimed at preserving and enhancing the facility's value.

• Oversees and /or coordinates maintenance and repair assignments carried out by technicians, vendors, and contractors responsible for building maintenance, janitorial and landscaping work etc.

• Addresses client inquiries and complaints promptly and ensures the timely and high-quality delivery of services to clients.

• Follow up with client to ensure their satisfaction.

• Conduct facility inspections and prepare reports.

• Initiate, direct, monitor, and control the daily performance of operations, maintenance, and facility team members, ensuring the completion of all activities.

• Execute planned preventive maintenance activities and ensures the timely completion of all work orders and assignments.

• Manage assigned vendor/contractor, to ensure the delivery of services in accordance with the service level agreements.

• Manages all changes within the critical environment, ensuring proper documentation, notification periods, and stakeholder approvals.

• Coordinate all IFM (Integrated Facility Management) services, serving as the primary liaison with master property management while maintaining close contact with internal corporate teams like Admin to ensure efficient and seamless operational flow.

• Operations Management: Oversee property service operations, including shift scheduling, consumable cost control, managing client and tenant requirements, resolving major customer complaints, and conducting weekly comprehensive quality audits (final inspections).

• Specialized Services: Direct the planning, execution oversight, and cost control of various specialized services, manage client and tenant requests, handle major complaints, and execute weekly comprehensive quality checks (final inspections).

REQUIREMENTS:
 

• Bachelor's Degree in Facility/Property Management, Building Services or its equivalent.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience at a supervisory or managerial level.

• Holders of a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.

• Possessing good communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

• Possessing sound leadership capabilities.

• Experienced in managing multiple service line contractors.

• Achieve service deliveries meeting time, quality, and budget agreements.
