Responsibilities
Introduction
Happy Tutors Learning Centre is a social enterprise that provides small group tuition to students from all levels. We focus on providing quality education services and also give back to the community by offering our services to the disadvantaged families.
Job Scope
Provide earnest education advise to parents and students for them to make the best education decisions for themselves.
Assist customers in the enrolment of our tuition classes and enrichment programs
Take charge of the daily operations of the tuition centre, including keeping the place clean and tidy.
Communicate with tutors and students effectively and positively to coordinate new classes or schedule changes
Handle all communications with parents by taking over the centre’s mobile phone.
Follow up closely with all parents in their enquiries.
Collect payment and issue receipts for tuition fees.
Requirements
At least 3 years experience doing customer service for enrichment centres
Able to work with spreadsheets
Able to communicate positively and efficiently with parents, tutors and students
Good understanding of the Singapore education system
Infallible work ethics

This learning centre was founded by two aspiring NUS graduates with the intend to re-innovate and inject new energy and vitality to the current dull and boring education sector, specifically tuition in nature. Traditionally, tuition is viewed by many students as uninteresting and boring. This learning centre hopes to break free from this negative connotation by bringing in new innovation and concepts never before seen in other places.

We pride ourselves as a learning centre filled with both academic programs as well as non academic activities. Depending on the needs of the student, we will be able to cater a suitable class and a conducive environment to allow students to learn at a comfortable pace under the guidance of our passionate tutors so as to unleash the maximum potential in every student.
