Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Manage project budgets by monitoring and controlling costs throughout all project phases to ensure financial targets are met

Oversee contract matters by negotiating terms, preparing documentation, and ensuring compliance from project initiation to handover

Collaborate & communicate effectively with Interior Designers, Project Managers, and clients to align project delivery with agreed design standards and timelines.

Track project progress with designers & project managers. To issue quotations/variation orders to clients in line with project requests.

To prepare Bills of Quantity for respective projects

Communicate clearly with suppliers, contractors, interior designers & project supervisors to provide updates, manage expectations, and facilitate decision-making.

IT Software knowledge required:

  • PlanSwift, RIB CostX, Bluebeam Revu
