About Us:
Serene Studio is a pilates and strength studio located in KL Trillion, Jalan Tun Razak, KL. We’re expanding our team and looking for passionate Fitness Coach to join us in delivering exceptional fitness experiences to our members.

Job Description:

• Design and lead group fitness classes with different modalities (e.g., strength training, HIIT, martial arts, cycling, or other specialized workouts) that accommodate various fitness levels.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all participants, ensuring they feel supported.
• Foster awareness and promote interest in brand within local areas and communities, outside of gym activities.
• Demonstrate correct form and technique for exercises and ensure participants maintain proper form to avoid injury.
• Adapt exercises to accommodate members of all fitness levels and those with specific needs or injuries.
• Build relationships with members, learning their names, goals, and fitness levels to provide a personalized group experience.
• Regularly assess and adjust workouts to meet evolving trends and individual needs of participants.
• Ensure proper setup, use, and care of fitness equipment, and clean the workout space and equipment before and after each class.
• Foster a sense of community among class participants, building strong relationships and promoting retention.
• Collaborate with other trainers and fitness staff to improve program offerings and member experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the fitness area before and after each class.

What we're looking for:

• Certified personal trainer (ACE, NASM, ISSA, or equivalent)
• Current CPR / first aid certification
• 1 to 2 years coaching experience
• Confident teaching and leading group classes
• Legally able to work in Malaysia
• Conversational English; Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin a plus
• Communicative: clear with clients and quick to speak up with the team
• Team player: adds to the floor culture, supports other coaches, no solo territory

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
