Job Description:

• To support the Logistic Engineer in office and site work as required.
• Supply Chain Tracking - Monitor and track the delivery schedules of major materials to ensure alignment with the construction timeline.
• Logistics Coordination- Act as the primary point of contact for all site deliveries. Coordinate with the Client, vendors, and subcontractors to manage the arrival sequence and minimize site congestion.
• Equipment Receiving & Inspection- Oversee the arrival of equipment. Conduct visual inspections for transit damage and verify delivery against packing lists and shipping documents.
• On-site Lifting & Rigging Management- Plan and supervise the unloading, lifting, and positioning (Rigging) of heavy equipment (e.g., Transformers, Generators, Cooling Units) from the delivery vehicle to the final location or designated storage area.
• Storage & Warehouse Management- Manage on-site and off-site storage areas. Ensure all materials and equipment are stored in a safe, secure, and organized manner, adhering to the manufacturer’s storage requirements (e.g., climate control, humidity).
• Inventory Control- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory log of all delivered equipment and materials.
• Site Logistics Planning- Support the development of site logistics plans, including heavy vehicle access routes, crane positions, and temporary laydown areas.

Requirements:

• Malaysian student pursuing Bachelor in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 months of internship duration.
• Fluent command in English, Bahasa Malaysia (both spoken & written)
• Excellent Microsoft Skills (Excel, Words, PowerPoint),
• Good interpersonal skills and team player.
• Willing-to-learn attitude.
• Willing to work at construction site.
• Good attendance and punctuality.Ability to work under pressure to meet tight timelines.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,400.00 per month
