Job Description

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on feed mill machinery, production equipment, and factory facilities.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and replace mechanical and electrical components.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
• Carry out routine checks on motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, boilers, compressors, and related systems.
• Record maintenance activities, breakdown details, repairs, and spare-parts usage.
• Support equipment installation, modification, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate with Production and other departments to schedule maintenance work.
• Ensure tools and spare parts are properly stored and maintained.
• Comply with safety procedures, lockout/tagout requirements, SOPs, feed safety, and 5S standards.
• Assist external contractors and suppliers during servicing or repair work.
• Perform other maintenance-related duties assigned by the immediate superior.

Job Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Experience in feed milling, food manufacturing, agriculture, FMCG, or process manufacturing is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical wiring, motors, pumps, conveyors, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
• Able to read basic technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
• Familiar with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, workplace safety, lockout/tagout, and 5S practices.
• Hands-on, responsible, safety-conscious, and capable of solving technical problems.
• Willing to work shifts, overtime, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Pay: From RM2,600.00 per month
