About the Role
We are seeking a Facilities Management Executive to support the daily operations and maintenance of a government project site. The role involves coordinating maintenance works, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and to maintain building performance and safety.
Job description:
Assist in carrying out building and structural inspections in compliance with BCA periodic inspection requirements.
Prepare inspection reports, technical reports, and photographic documentation.
Assist in preparing method statements, work procedures, and risk assessments.
Support the Project Manager in daily operations for maintenance and small-scale construction works.
Supervise and coordinate site activities, including repair, rectification, and minor construction works.
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure smooth work progress.
Monitor work quality, progress, and compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.
Attend site inspections, meetings, and progress reviews.
Assist in preparing progress reports, material submissions, and site records.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company procedures.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Building Services or related field
1–4 years of relevant experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or construction projects
Experience in government or institutional projects will be an advantage
Able to work in a site-based environment
Good coordination and communication skills
