Job scope:

• Oversee daily operations for all assigned cleaning sites
• Manage Operations Executives, supervisors and cleaners
• Ensure sufficient manpower and arrange relief workers
• Monitor attendance, lateness, absenteeism and staff discipline
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits
• Ensure cleaning schedules and periodic works are completed
• Handle daily client feedback and operational complaints
• Arrange replacement staff for urgent shortages
• Monitor equipment, chemicals, uniforms and cleaning supplies
• Control overtime and unnecessary operational expenses
• Conduct staff briefings, training and performance reviews
• Work with HR on recruitment, deployment and disciplinary matters
• Ensure workplace safety and cleaning SOPs are followed
• Submit weekly operations reports to the Project Manager or Senior Manager
• Escalate serious client, manpower or safety issues promptly
