• Build and manage a portfolio of clients by offering strategic wealth planning solutions.
• Conduct financial needs analyses and recommend suitable investment, protection, and savings plans.
• Provide continuous support and reviews to help clients stay on track with their financial goals.
• Stay updated on financial markets, product trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Attend regular training and development workshops to enhance industry knowledge and soft skills.
• Collaborate with experienced mentors and team leaders to develop long-term career growth.
