Position Title: Customer Service Officer
Working Location: Novena (Walk distance from MRT)
Working Hours: 5 Days per week (2 Days Off on Weekdays) - Office Hours
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Manage the school reception and serve as the first point of contact for new and existing parents, responding to their enquiries.
Handle the student enrolment and registration process.
Maintain accurate records of course information and student details.
Compile and update branch performance and statistical reports on a regular basis.
Coordinate with teachers and communicate with parents on various administrative and student-related matters.

At least 1 year of related work experience.
Good proficiency in Mandarin language to communicate with teachers from China.
Willing to work on weekends.
