Job Responsibilities
Maintain Accurate Inventory Records
Input and update inventory data in the system e.g., stock levels, stock adjustments promptly and correctly.
Data verification with internal team and reconcile discrepancies to ensure system accuracy.
Manage Inventory Level
Analyze inventory data to identify trends, potential shortages, and excess stock
Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, balancing supply and demand.
Coordinate with Internal and Stakeholders:
Collaborate with purchasing and sales to ensure smooth inventory flow.
Data Analysis and Reporting
Generate regular inventory reports, summarizing key metrics (stock turnover, inventory value, stockout rates).
Identify and analyse trends, provide recommendations for improvement, and support decision-making.
Administrative Export Duties support, i.e., billing and documentations follow up
Additional Responsibilities by Manager.
Job Requirements
ITE and above qualifications.
At least 1 year and above experience in inventory management.
Understanding key metrics like stock turnover, days on hand, and reorder points.
Proficiency in inventory management software – ERP – SAP and Advance Excel.
