Job Description
Responsibilities
Support daily retail pharmacy operations, including opening procedures and ensuring systems and equipment are ready for use.
Provide friendly and efficient customer service while managing queues and helping to minimise patient waiting times.
Operate the cashier and handle cash transactions accurately.
Promote ongoing retail promotions and recommend suitable products to customers.
Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming retail environment.
Monitor stock levels, replenish products, and ensure merchandise is properly stored and maintained.
Receive incoming goods and assist with stock transfers between retail outlets.
Support regular stock counts, inventory checks, and reconciliation activities.
Maintain accurate sales and inventory records and perform data entry using SAP.
Assist with filing, documentation, and preparation of regular sales and inventory reports.
Support the onboarding and orientation of new team members on retail processes and workflows.
Assist with staff briefings and support continuous improvement activities within the retail pharmacy.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirement
GCE N/O Level
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
