1. Internal Verification & Quality Assurance
- Plan and conduct internal verification of training and competency assessment activities.
- Review and verify assessment decisions made by Pegawai Penilai (PP).
- Ensure assessment decisions are consistent, fair, valid and supported by sufficient evidence.
- Ensure assessment instruments and processes comply with the applicable NOSS requirements.
- Identify non-compliance and ensure corrective actions are completed within the required timeframe.
2. Monitoring of Pegawai Penilai (PP)
- Monitor and supervise PP in conducting training and assessment activities.
- Ensure PP follows approved training schedules, assessment procedures and documentation requirements.
- Review PP assessment records, trainee portfolios and competency evidence.
- Provide guidance and corrective instructions where weaknesses or non-compliance are identified.
- Monitor completion of outstanding tasks assigned to PP.
3. Interactive Multimedia Assessment Verification
Verify competency assessment relating to the relevant Competency Units, including:
- Graphic Interface Production;
- Audio & Video Production;
- Interactive Application Development;
- Interactive Multimedia Technical Support; and
- Interactive Multimedia Design Supervision.
4. Trainee Portfolio & Documentation Verification
- Review trainee portfolios to ensure completeness, accuracy and compliance.
- Verify assessment forms, practical evidence, project work, competency records and supporting documents.
- Ensure incomplete or missing documentation is rectified before external verification.
- Monitor trainee competency status and outstanding assessment requirements.
- Ensure all records are properly organised, traceable and audit-ready.
5. Assessment Quality Control
- Review assessment instruments and assessment methods used by PP.
- Ensure practical, theory and project-based assessments are appropriate to the required competency.
- Ensure assessment evidence is authentic, valid, sufficient and current.
- Monitor reassessment processes where trainees have not yet achieved competency.
- Prevent inconsistencies or irregularities in assessment decisions.
6. Internal & External Verification
- Coordinate preparation for internal and external verification activities.
- Ensure all trainee portfolios, assessment records and programme documents are complete before PPL or JPK verification.
- Cooperate with Pegawai Pengesah Luaran (PPL), JPK officers and other authorised personnel.
- Provide clarification and supporting records during verification and audit.
- Monitor implementation of corrective actions arising from PPL or JPK findings.
7. JPK / NOSS Compliance
- Ensure implementation of the programme complies with current JPK, SPKM, SLaPB and NOSS requirements.
- Monitor compliance of PP, trainee records and programme documentation.
- Maintain required internal verification and quality assurance records.
- Report serious non-compliance or risks affecting programme accreditation or trainee certification to the TVET Manager / PPB / Management.
8. Multimedia Training Quality
- Monitor the quality and suitability of multimedia training activities, equipment and software.
- Ensure practical training supports the required multimedia competencies.
- Verify that facilities, equipment and resources used for training and assessment are appropriate and available.
- Report deficiencies that may affect training or assessment quality.
9. Reporting & Meetings
- Attend TVET, PP/PPD, assessment, verification and programme meetings as required.
- Prepare internal verification reports and compliance updates.
- Report PP performance, trainee assessment status, outstanding documentation and corrective actions.
- Provide Management with accurate updates on programme readiness and compliance.
10. Handover & Record Management
- Maintain complete and updated internal verification records.
- Ensure proper handover of trainee records, assessment files, verification reports, pending tasks and programme documentation.
- Attend and remain available during required handover activities until all assigned handover matters are completed.
- Verify that PP under the PPD's supervision have completed their respective handover responsibilities.
- Provide clarification on any outstanding assessment, verification or programme matter under the PPD's responsibility.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Observe prescribed working hours and attendance requirements.
- Attend scheduled meetings, audits, verification activities and handover sessions.
- Comply with lawful and reasonable Management instructions.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of trainee and assessment information.
- Maintain impartiality and professional judgement when verifying assessment decisions.
- Perform any other relevant TVET or multimedia duties reasonably assigned by Management.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per hour
